Babazeka - A socially aware online store

South African customers will have two options for shipping parcels. Either a courier service can be selected, whereby the parcel will be delivered within 72 hours of completion of manufacture. This is a more expensive, but speedier option, taking between 24-72 hours and being delivered to your door. The alternative is to select SA Post Office's parcel postage service. The parcel will need to be collected from your stipulated post office. Tracking numbers are used to prevent postage theft and loss. This is a slightly slower, yet cheaper option, taking approximately 5 days.

Global Spring Mail is used to deliver international parcels, which is a sea freight service and takes between 15-20 working days for transit time. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

The provision of goods and services by Babazeka CC is subject to availability. Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 10% handling fee. You must advise us via email of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be made by the person who made the original purchase.

If a product is damaged or flawed on receiving it, please inform Babazeka within 24 hours of receipt. We will either make arrangements for the damaged product to be returned to us and get a replacement sent to you on our account or alternatively we may refund you in full for the damaged product.

Please note, if returning a flawed product, that we recommend you use a courier or postal service which offers shipment tracking. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

The lead time of an order depends entirely on the type of product ordered, and the business/project who makes the product. Certain businesses carry stock which will decrease lead time drastically. Those items which need to be made up entirely after placement of order can take between 5 to 15 working days.

Both products and postage must be paid for in full on placement of order.
